Request Rate Limits

• API Requests: A maximum of 30,000 API requests are permitted per five-minute interval, per IP address. Exceeding this limit will result in your IP address being blocked for 240 minutes, and the API will return an HTTP 403 - Forbidden error.

• Token Requests: A maximum of 20 token requests are permitted per second.

Integration Timeout

• The maximum integration timeout is 29 seconds. If a request exceeds this duration, the API will return an HTTP 504 - Timeout error.
