White labeling and Customization

To ensure a consistent brand experience for your end-users, we provide options for customizing aspects of the platform, particularly for notifications.

Email Sender Customization

You can customize the sender details (default: noreply@iimmpact.com) for email notifications (such as case acknowledgements and updates sent to your end-consumers), allowing these communications to appear as if sent directly from your brand. We support the following methods:

1. IIMMPACT-Hosted Branded Email: For a simpler setup that still offers brand association, we can configure notifications to be sent from a customized email address hosted by IIMMPACT, such as yourcompanyname@iimmpact.com. In this model, IIMMPACT manages the email sending infrastructure.

2. Using Your SMTP Server: You can provide IIMMPACT with secure SMTP access credentials for your mail server. Our system will then dispatch email notifications directly through your server, using your designated sender email address.

3. Webhook for Your Mail Server: If you prefer to handle email dispatch entirely via your own infrastructure, IIMMPACT can send a webhook to your specified endpoint. This webhook will contain the necessary data (e.g., recipient, subject, body content) for your system to construct and send the email using your own mail server.

Please note that such customizations are assessed individually and may incur additional charges depending on their scope and complexity.
